RPA Developer
We are seeking a results-driven RPA Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and deploying automation solutions, primarily using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Robotic Process Automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business processes into efficient, scalable bots.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio/StudioX and manage deployments via UiPath Orchestrator.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather detailed business requirements.
- Create technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Integrate RPA bots with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Salesforce, SAP, Excel, web applications).
- Ensure robust exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms in all workflows.
- Conduct testing, resolve bugs, and fine-tune automations for optimal performance.
- Support and maintain existing bots and troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow RPA development best practices, version control protocols, and participate in peer code reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience, primarily with UiPath.
- Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and working within the REFramework.
- Strong understanding of scripting/programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, and SQL.
- Experience automating tasks involving Excel, PDF processing, and email systems.
- Familiar with document understanding tools (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding, Abbyy).
- Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, and version control tools (Git/SVN).
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking.
