AI Engineer
As an Associate AI Architect, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role bridges advanced machine learning techniques with real-world business needs, focusing on the orchestration of AI models through scalable and agentic architectures. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and deploy intelligent systems using Azure, UiPath, Python, LangGraph, and LangChain, enabling automation and decision-making across various domains.

Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize AI/ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment across various environments.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems that coordinate intelligent agents for task execution and decision-making.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems using Azure services, UiPath orchestration, and RESTful APIs.
- Lead experimentation with LLMs and advanced NLP techniques for use cases like document QA, prompt engineering, and dynamic workflow automation.
- Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and automated AI model deployments.
- Leverage frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain to build LLM-based applications with multi-step reasoning and action capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance AI solution development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in architectural or solution design roles.
- Proven experience in training, testing, and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Strong command of Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML libraries.
- Expertise with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of the Azure AI ecosystem and UiPath Orchestration APIs.
- Demonstrated experience building agentic AI systems or orchestrating intelligent agents.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and documentation practices.
